01 Your company & licence

The licence check is the heavy lifting — a registered MSB has already been vetted by its regulator, so we verify the registration instead of re-collecting documents.

02 One principal

A director or UBO. Sanctions (live OFAC SDN) and adverse media (live GDELT) run the moment you add them. Only exact, very-high-confidence matches flag — near-misses clear with the evidence logged. The public MSB registry doesn’t publish UBOs, so this stays a declaration + screen.
